Coaching is a key part of the M4 experience for a church planter and their team.  Coaches help to take was God is already doing in a planters life and their team and help them bring in to life.  In this course you will learn about coaching in general as well as the specifics of coaching a planter throughout the M4 process to help ensure the most successful experience for the church plant.

Assessment is a key part of the M4 experience for a church planter.  Assessment is a tool for a church planter to learn about themselves, finding their strengths and weaknesses, past experiences and how it can affect them in their plans to plant a church.  This course will serve a useful introduction to assessment as part of M4.
